IDR 149.00

Building connection, communication, and confidence through reflective, relationship-focused support

This relaxed yet intentional online mentoring program helps NDIS participants strengthen self-awareness, communication skills, and community engagement. Grounded in systemic principles, it explores how relationships, routines, and environments shape wellbeing — with a focus on making everyday life feel more connected and manageable.

Each weekly 1:1 session includes:

  • Check-in – What’s been happening in your world this week?

  • Exploration – Reflect on interactions, routines, and meaningful roles in life

  • Practical Tools – Use mapping, reframing, and small experiments to understand patterns and try new approaches

  • Planning – Identify next steps to build confidence, connection, and community participation

This service supports participants to make sense of their experiences, build relational capacity, and feel more equipped to engage meaningfully in daily life and community settings.
